It’s an honor to be considered to document your wedding day and I'm happy to be a resource for everything related to your wedding photography experience. I have photographed over 150 weddings and have 15 years of experience up my sleeve. My work has taken me to document weddings throughout the Pacific NW, Southern California, Nevada, Texas, & MX city.
My style is often described as soft, romantic, and candid. I travel throughout the country documenting weddings for couples who want to be present and enjoy their special day amidst the warmth of their friends and family.

Leading up to your wedding, you will receive a questionnaire to learn more about your photography priorities- the parts of the day your heart cherishes most. We'll hop on a call and go over your answers. A personalized timeline of photography events from start to finish is created to guide our team on the day of.
The next step to secure your date is to provide an e-signed agreement and provide the retainer of $500 (this is not a separate fee)
The first step is to schedule a call. This is a time for you to talk about your wedding vision and needs when it comes to your photography. Its also a great time for me to answer questions you may have, go over my approach as your photographer, and determine if were a good fit.

PLAN THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION
If you added an engagement session, we will begin planning! You'll receive a location guide with some of my favorite locations throughout LA & OC.
RECEIVE YOUR IMAGES
wedding day!
Three days after your wedding, you'll receive sneak peeks (For Saturday weddings, couples receive their sneaks on Tuesday) while you wait for the full set of images, which will be ready on the 8th week. During this time, I'll review all images, color correct each photo, and retouch the background for any distracting objects. The final images are then uploaded them to a secure online gallery link for you to easily download and share with loved ones.

We’re bilingual in English + Spanish. Your parents and family members should feel comfortable, included, and understood. It’s not just translation: it’s making sure everyone feels taken care of and at ease in front of the camera.
We read the room carefully, knowing when to step back so you can share private, meaningful moments (the best candids) and when to step in with gentle & patient direction to keep things smooth and natural. Where are you located?
I am based in Long Beach, CA and travel throughout Southern California on a weekly basis photographing weddings and portrait sessions.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! After you provide your $500 retainer, you decide if you want to pay in installments or pay the remainder as your wedding date approaches. The grand total must be paid on or before the wedding date via Venmo, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, Cash, or a written check to "Lupe Juarez Photography".

What is your turnaround time?
Wedding galleries are delivered within 8 weeks through a password protected online gallery and engagement sessions within 3 weeks. The custom USB is usually shipped after 8 weeks.

Do you feel comfortable shooting a wedding on your own?
Every year, half of my weddings are photographed entirely by myself. I feel confident photographing weddings on my own and have many sample weddings for you to view.

Do you have experience shooting under low light conditions?
It is VITAL for a wedding photographer to know their equipment capabilities and understand how to use them accordingly. We carry speed lights to achieve beautiful, bright photographs. We photograph inside dark churches, yellow churches/rooms, dark venues, you name it. Yet folks can rarely ever tell what the actual lighting conditions that were present when viewing our images. As artists, we essentially manipulate light + camera settings the entire day for every frame. Our team shoots in manual mode all day and that means were making numerical decisions to professionally expose every picture, that is, we determine the best ISO, F-stop, and shutter speed on all of our devices for the best lighting outcome. It’s a skill that requires years of experience and your wedding should not be a practice day for a photographer with little to no experience with weddings.

What are your travel fees?
All wedding packages include travel fees and taxes so there are no additional costs.

Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes. I have two cameras and lenses on my person all day as well as a back up camera and additional lenses in my bag just in case.
